This page explains how Laiwan AI ("we") collect, use, and protect information on this website (developers.laiwan.ai). This is a static informational site with no login or web forms.

Information we collect

• Information you provide: If you contact us via email at developers@laiwan.ai, we will receive and process the message content and contact details you include.
• Basic access logs: Hosting/network providers may collect basic logs (e.g., IP address, request time, browser type, pages visited) for security and performance.

How we use information

• To respond to inquiries and communicate about potential cooperation.
• To maintain site security, troubleshoot issues, and improve performance.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We do not share information with third parties except as necessary for hosting/network/security services, or where required by law.

Platform data (TikTok & Meta)

With a client’s explicit authorization, the system accesses that client’s ad account data via the TikTok Marketing API and the Meta (Facebook / Instagram) Marketing API — for example ad structure, performance, spend, and conversion data, as well as the Page / Instagram business account information needed to run ads. This data is used only to provide ads management and reporting for that client. It is not shared publicly or sold, and is not used for purposes unrelated to advertising. We request and use scopes under the least-privilege principle; clients may revoke authorization at any time, after which we stop processing and delete data as needed.

Security

We take reasonable measures to protect information (e.g., HTTPS in transit, minimizing collection, access controls). No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

Retention

We retain information only for as long as necessary for the purposes described above, or as required by applicable laws, and delete or anonymize it when no longer needed (as applicable).
